1. Sara Jefferson on Wellness
Sara Jefferson is an Australian-trained Naturopath with a post graduate diploma in Homeopathy. Her special interests are Auto-Immune disease, hormonal transition periods and working with issues with the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). She believes you can find the trifecta in Hong Kong of stress, pollution and travel that create inflammation and imbalance.
She started her career as a molecular biologist in cancer research. Science has always been important to her and now more than ever, evidence-based research is showing the effectiveness of many supplements and herbs.
Sara currently practices in Hong Kong at Dr. Susan Jamieson’s Integrative Medical Practice.
2. Shell Teoh on Physical Transformation
Shell Teoh is a registered Physiotherapist and she has an extensive background in health, fitness and wellness. She has partnered with the Hong Kong Football Club and is head Physiotherapist for its soccer teams.
In addition, she is a Physiotherapist Consultant at the Hong Kong Sports Institute and for other sports teams and is passionate about helping people restore and maintain health and fitness. She specialises in fascia technique, acupuncture and dry needling, sports rehabilitation, PHYCIA Therapy, Pilates, Gyrotonic® instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist.
Shell is the Founder and Chief Physiotherapist at PHYCIA Physio Fascia Sports Centre in Hong Kong.
